Program Psychologist – Dr. Mark Fry, Ph.D.

Hello, I am Mark Fry, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist for the Prevention and Early Access for Seniors (PEAS) program.  I have been a psychologist specializing in geriatric issues since 2003.  Aside from working with the PEAS program, my private practice is primarily inpatient-based long term care facilities in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, and Vallejo.  I live in Benicia with Jake, an 11 year old Yellow Lab.  I am originally from Georgia, and of course, graduated from the University of Georgia.  My family still lives in the Appalachian area of northeast Georgia.  For relaxation (if you can call it that!) I “play at” a bluegrass 5-string banjo.  I love good wine and experimenting with different food; my Mom says that the stranger the food is, the more likely I am to try it!

I’ve been with the PEAS program for almost 8 months now and I can tell you they are some of the greatest folks I’ve ever worked with!
